So today was pretty uneventful. I only have 2 more assignments until break though!! Yay!!! I am really ready for a break! I always think about getting a new backpack, but I have had my L.L Bean one forever! Maybe Andy and I could stop in Freeport on the way home and go to L.L Bean....hmmmmmmm :D

he had some very cool stuff in here. magnifying glass and loupe, compasses with instruction book, animal tracking book, various maps, whistle, teeny-tiny thermometer, how to identify emerald ashborer, 4" switchblade. and patches from some of the places he has been.

I remember going to a butterfly sanctuary Framingham MA, with him and the Naturalists Club. Afterwards we took out our lunches at some picnic tables. When it came time to eat the apples, he pulled out that switchblade and cut them into neat pieces. He totally enjoyed the shocked look on my face.
