Wanted to test objects on a white background to get that seamless look.

Set a grey card as WB and metered off the card, locked meter reading then shot the object. Came out ok.

Did the same with a pen though and the pen came out overexposed... WHY?!

Today, I printed out a bunch of doodles & pages that I've created. I also printed out some photos. They're on regular paper vs photo paper, but I think they will work fine for backgrounds & collage.

this is background removal photo.

This ring belonged to my mother, but she could not put it together very easily. She had to come to me for help whenever she took it off and let if fall apart. She finally gave it to me out of frustration. I wore it on my little finger for many years.

Green painted smooth textured background

these small white bunches of flowers delighted me with their simplicity.

There were butterflies everywhere; if I simply took my camera and stood by some flowers, I'd get butterfly shots like this.

Cropped to 16x9 for use as a desktop background.

Background forme of the Typeface Movie poster on the Diadem Platen Press at Strong Arm Press.

A few late nights were spent in the studio printing the poster. The final deboss was finished at about 4.45pm, the first screening of the movie was 6.00pm!

Choose Your background (Berlin part)

An on-going performance/photo shoot/ intervention in public space,

performed in Berlin,

on 2nd and 3rd of Oct 2007 (German Reunification Day).

Using large canvas backdrops painted in black & white each sized 150x240 cm,

Spectators were being asked to chose to stand in front of one the Backdrops:

Brandenburg Gate and Azadi (freedom) Tower in Tehran.
