this is another background image for me. 16:9 of waves crashing over the concrete dock and just nice water images.

i do complete backgrounds first now days so that i can use the backgrounds later for animation...

Unedited except for the black and white effect.

I was tempted to keep in it color so you could easily see the bags under my eyes and my red nose caused by the stuffiness, but I am convinced that if I do so I will regret it when I have to face the picture months down the road.

Alas, you can still see the pain on my face somewhat. And if you can't, sadly I am. I am wistfully awaiting friday afternoon and the glorious nap I shall take.

Oh how I already miss you, sleep.

Some thought went into this, but not a lot :))

It was that time again to grab a quick shot for the 365. This little stem was lit up, but so was the background of the house across the street. I did angle the camera down so I only got the tarmac in the background, but that lost the light on the underside of the leaves, which was already fading by the time I clicked the shutter for this. And that I decided would do for today :)

For the background challenge. Polka dot stamp is embosssed, flowers have glitter, and sentiment (HA Bracket mesage) has added bling.

A first for me :) Taken on Arran. Not happy about the background but at least he sat still for quite a while as I wrestled with balancing on tufts of grass in a bog trying apertures getting ever narrower, still not all in focus though!
