This afternoon, I worked on some more backend tools for PeoplePods: multi-file attachment and management, and flag views. They'll be included in the next version!
This screen allows the site admin to see what flags have been added to content, and/or which flags any given user has added to other users or pieces of content. In short, you can see who is friends with who, and who has bookmarked what, but with support for any ad hoc flags the developer sees fit to use.
Since my jump into backend and server work, I rarely get to dive into projects for clients, this recent project though just had my mind going with a thousand ideas! Been working on it off and on today, lovin it!

Here we can see the outlet for the hot air coming off the radiator, and the openings for the stock '77 Pontiac Grand Prix tail lights. Also the rear window frame from an '86 Ford Taurus.

Mobile backends that can synchronize data with all application users in real time don't just write themselves, or do they? It would be handy if they did, you could then focus on what your best at, building mobile applications. Firebase is a cloud based NoSQL database, A RESTful API and a set of powerful client libraries that allow you to add real-time, collaborative features to your apps without writing any server side code.

Steve turns some more snags. Steve (also in software) is strictly into embedded systems and hence hates doing the front end gui - greeting stuff like selling, so sticks to the backend.
