Egal ob Burger Fleisch, Wurst oder Nutella – alles schreit nach einem Keto Brötchen. Der Ruf wurde erhört. Wir haben das Internet durchforstet und die besten Rezepte für die verschiedensten Geschmäcker und Ernährungsarten gefunden. Die 20 Gramm Kohlehydrate sind schnell erreicht, daher immer auch mitzählen, was du auf dein Keto Brötchen tust.
Falls die Rezepte keine Nährwertangaben haben, musst du diese entweder selbst berechnen oder du beschränkst dich auf ein Brötchen pro Tag, um auf Nummer sicher zu gehen.

Du suchst noch mehr Brötchen Rezepte? Chefkoch hat eine Riesen Sammlung von Low Carb Brötchen. Bei den meisten hast du keine Nährwertangaben, also entweder selbst rechnen oder nicht zu viele essen, damit du nicht aus der Ketose kommst.
Fertigbackmischungen für Ketose Brötchen
Über Geschmack lässt sich streiten. Das tun auch die Bewerter der Fertigbackmischung von Konzelmann’s Original Low Carb Vesperbrötchen. Falls du eine Backmischung dem selbst zusammen rühren vorziehst, ist es zumindest eine Möglichkeit zum selbst probieren:
Fitter ins Leben bieten eine Fertigbackmischung an. Aus diesem machen sie Brötchen mit vielen gesunden Omega 3 Fettsäuren.
Die Fertigbackmischung von Love Me Cakes braucht noch 150g Öl oder 100 ml Wasser, 7 Eier und Salz nach Geschmack aber hat sonst alles, was du brauchst schon in der Packung. Das beste: Es sind nur 0,5 g Kohlenhydrate pro Brötchen!
Living Low Carb bietet Backmischungen für Low Carb Körnerbrötchen, Low Carb Eiweiß-Toastbrötchen und Low Carb Vesperbrötchen an.
Welche Low Carb Brötchen sind geeignet für Ketose?
Falls du selbst Brötchen Rezepte heraussuchst, solltest du dir die Zutaten sehr genau ansehen. Viele Low Carb Brötchen sind zwar Low Carb. Low Carb bedeutet aber, dass man 100-150 Gramm Kohlenhydrate am Tag essen kann. Manche Low Carb Anhänger essen auch mehr. Für Ketaner ist das eindeutig zu viel.
Bei diesen Zutaten solltest du vorsichtig sein: Dinkel, Weizen, Hafer
Wer ketogen backen will sollte Alternativen zu Dinkelmehl, Weizenmehl, Quinoa, Haferkleie oder Haferflocken suchen. Diese Zutaten werden selbst in manchen Low Carb Backrezepten verwendet, obwohl sie relativ viele Kohlenhydrate enthalten. Dass Dinkel und Weizenmehl nicht geeignet ist für Low Carb, sollte eigentlich klar sein. Interessanterweise gibt es trotzdem Rezepte, die diese Zutaten verwenden und sich Low Carb nennen. Bei den „exotisch“ klingenderen Zutaten hofft oder denkt man, dass die geeignet sein könnten. So habe ich viele Low Carb Rezepte gefunden mit Haferkleie, Quinoa oder Haferflocken. Haferkleie hat 45 Gramm Kohlenhydrate, Haferflocken 55 Gramm und Quinoa ganze 62 Gramm. Nichts fürs Keto Backen!
Mandelmehl, Proteinpulver, Lupinenmehl oder Kokosmehl sind bessere Alternativen. Einfach austauschen lassen sich die Mehle jedoch nicht, deswegen solltest du nicht versuchen, Rezepte mit Mandelmehl, Proteinpulver, Lupinenmehl oder Kokosmehl zu backen, die nicht dafür gedacht sind. Das in Weizenmehl enthaltene Gluten macht das Brot saftig. Für diese Saftigkeit musst du alternative Zutaten finden in deinem Keto Backwerk. Mandeln, Nüsse, Flohsamen, Leinsamen oder glutenfreien Verdickungsmitteln wie Johannisbrotkern- oder Guarkernmehl sind Beispiele für Backzutaten, die deine Keto Backwaren saftiger machen.
Und jetzt ab mit den Händen in den Teig. Fröhliches Low Carb Brötchen backen!
PS: Es gibt viele Diskussionen darum, ob man Nahrungsmittel die eigentlich Kohlenhydrate enthalten, durch Keto Versionen ersetzt werden sollen. Wenn du ohne auskommst – gut für dich! Ich verneige mich vor deiner Willenskraft. Alle anderen sollten kein schlechtes Gewissen haben. Iss das, was dir hilft, Keto durchzuhalten.

The second generation Thunderbird built from 1958 to 1960 were Ford's first unibody cars, and were also America's first production cars with bucket seats and a full length center console. The 58-60 Thunderbird's are commonly referred to as the "Squarebirds" due to their design. The base price of this 1959 model was $3,696.00, and with optional equipment came to $4,389.35.

Central Illinois (excluding Springfield): Photos relating to the middle section of the "Land of Lincoln" (except for the Capital City of Springfield) may be found in this collection. Every city and town I've photographed is contained within its own set, and rural (as in "countryside") photographs are grouped by county.
Springfield, Illinois: All of my photographs of Springfield and the Abraham Lincoln Sites are in this collection. For the City of Springfield, there are separate sets for the Capitol Complex, Downtown (including the Old State Capitol), Neighborhoods, Parks, Illinois State Fairgrounds and more. Photographs of Lincoln sites include the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, Lincoln Home National Historic Site, Lincoln Tomb, and so on. Also in the Lincoln "All About Abe" (Set) are a few Lincoln sites not located in Springfield.

The Ford Elite was produced from 1974 to 1976. Based on the Ford Torino, this two-door coupe was advertised by Ford as a "mid-size car in the Thunderbird tradition." The Elite was offered as a more affordable personal luxury car than the Thunderbird, intended to compete with such cars as the Chevrolet Monte Carlo and the Chrysler Cordoba.
In the 1974 model year, the Elite was considered a sub-model of the Torino; although advertised separately, the side script said "Gran Torino Elite" and the car would be titled and registered as a Gran Torino. In 1975 and 1976 (with "Elite" side script), the Elite was fully its own model.

1455 was an Eastern Coachworks B51 bodied Leyland Leopard PSU3G/4RT new to Roadcar.The coach is seen here at Newark bus station in the snow of 1990.Most of these ECW bodied coach suffered structural defects with the backends and were either rebodied or had relatively short lives,the roadcar examles lasted into the late 90's.

Sadly having studied this group of around 60 individuals, this young Stag was the only member of the group. A major cull at the backend of 2016, after the rut saw a large reduction of the older Stags.

AEC Routemas RH2/ RH/ 1 - Park Royal - PO72RD
New to London Transport ( RML2621 ) during June-1967 as a conventional H72R closed top vehicle . Withdrawn in August-2004 , sold to an operator in the Irish Republic during November-2004 . Who subsequently converted it to Part Open Yop for sightseeing work .
Acquired by this Operator in April-2010 , repainted into this livery during March-2011 .
In later years this Bus regain a London Red livery .
