As some may have noticed, I wasn't very active on Flickr the last few weeks. Luckily there's a simple explanation to this: it happens to be that I have spent the last three weeks in beautiful France and have strolled through the regions of Picardy and Brittany and also paid a quick visit to Paris. Therefore, the coming weeks, expect numerous photos of the Picardian plains, Brittany's superb coastline and some shots of the French capital as well. Happy summer to you all!

I know this photo is not good .I'm just playing with my new toy...

It's been months since my last photo session. These days I'm spending most of my "photo" time taking pictures or videos of Lewis on my iPhone. Carrying a baby around means that I've never got a hand free for my camera, so most of the time it stays at home.

However, a couple of weekends ago we went for a nice day out in and around Gifford. Keith had Lewis on his back. So I was able to take a few shots. Gifford is a real gem of a village. It's got a hotel called the Goblin Ha... how cute. After some much needed lunch, we went for a lovely walk. We saw this sign which made us chuckle and think of The Hobbit.

I'm back from the land of quiet country and slow as molasses in January dial up :) Its nice to have returned to a bit more hustle and bustle (and back to flickr!). I'm most grateful to have the balance of the two worlds!

I'm back in Vegas to play the Bellagio's five diamonds tournament. This is what I'm looking at right now from my hotel room. Just checked in and consider it my home for the next 17 days.

The lights in Vegas looks alot better in person... I just suck at taking photos... Sorry!! :P

So.. I haven't uploaded for a while. I was making the most of my break from college, and with stuff going on at home.. I've just been so busy. But we're finally doing something I really like again in Photography//College, we're making zines. I have some ideas and I really hope they turn out as good as I envisage them. My theme is 'girls just want to have fun'.

Anyway, this is a photo I took last week. A little over edited, but hey, at least it's something.
