They were just not beatiful enough..
deleting them also made me realise I probably have a little talent for photographing. Between one of mu first pics is 1 amazing! ^^

So, I was reviewing my Flickr stats and I noticed that I never got back to the story on this picture, like I promised. And in order to tell the story, I decided I needed this picture.
I had picked as a random destination on the Plains the Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve just outside of Strong City, KS. Little did I realize that the "prairie" is actually in the Flint Hills of Kansas. Anyway, this is the sunrise from the welcome center-type area at the Preserve. Actually, I climbed the hill that the Big House sits on to get this shot because -- unbeknownst to me -- the welcome center was still under construction.
(The Preserve's web site will help make sense of it all.)
So this was what I got for the sunrise. Kind of "meh" but indicative of the place. And while it looks clear, the rest of the sky was covered in a cloud layer. And that's where I'll pick up the good part of this story.

Simple Ways To Treat Back Pain At Home..!!!!
Back pain usually resolves within two to three weeks by taking the simple self-care measures. So if you are having back pain and your back pain is the result of a fall or blow to your back causing weakness or numbness in one or both legs, or it is causing bladder or bowel problems consult your physiotherapist guide immediately. Below are simple ways to treat back pain easily:
1.Apply ice four times a day but no longer than 20 minutes at a time. Put ice in a plastic bag, then wrap the bag in a cloth or towel to keep a thin barrier between it and your skin.
2.After the acute pain subsides, usually within the first two days, try a heating pad (low setting), heat lamp or take a warm bath. Limit each heat application to 20 minutes.
3.You can use over-the-counter medications like Acetaminophen. Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen, also can reduce inflammation. It is advisable to check with your doctor if you’re taking other medications.
