Shot on February 1, Comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF) will reach its closest point to Earth. It’ll sweep 27 million miles away (that’s 44 million km, or 0.29 AU). At that point, it’ll still be more than 100 times the moon’s distance away.
The last time this comet passed near the sun was 50,000 years ago, when Neanderthals walked the Earth.

Taken today during a fireworks show on the Esplanade, Singapore. The building with the red roof in the foreground is the famous Raffles Hotel.
Technical note: This is not a tone-mapped HDR. Digital blending (for the skyline part) composed of 5 exposures. I also cleaned up all the fireworks smoke. Therefore this picture does not reflect the reality, but it looks much better!
You might want to check my Night Photography Set or my Digital Blending Set.
This is the first red tulip in our garden. There will be more soon, but I might miss them as I am going away on a holiday in less than a week for two weeks.
