Nikon Club Malaysia Walkabout 2012...was held yesterday afternoon, saw some 200 Nikonians from Kuching City taking part. With the exception, Adrian Royle, from the UK, who happened to stumble upon our group...Of course, being a Nikonian himself, he's so welcomed...

Does anybody really know the secret?
Or the combination for this life, and where they keep it?
It's kinda sad when you don't know the meanin'
But everything happens for a reason (Everything happens for a reason...)

The horses of Arlington National Cemetery set out from the stables to bear the burden of war — hitched to the caissons that carry a soldier killed in the middle east to their grave. This photograph stirs a lot of emotions for me and I hope my first attempt at a textured photo can do it justice. God bless our soldiers for all they do. 2006.
Le chat ouvrit les yeux,
Le soleil y entra.
Le chat ferma les yeux,
Le soleil y resta.
Voilà pourquoi, le soir,
Quand le chat se réveille,
J'aperçois dans le noir
Deux morceaux de soleil.

The perfume of your body dulls my sense.
I want nor wine nor weed; your breath alone
Suffices. In this moment rare and tense
I worship at your breast. The flower is blown,
The saffron petals tempt my amorous mouth,
The yellow heart is radiant now with dew
Soft-scented, redolent of my loved South;
O flower of love! I give myself to you.
Uncovered on your couch of figured green,
Here let us linger indivisible.
The portals of your sanctuary unseen
Receive my offering, yielding unto me.
Oh, with our love the night is warm and deep!
The air is sweet, my flower, and sweet the flute
Whose music lulls our burning brain to sleep,
While we lie loving, passionate and mute.
Flower of Love by Claude McKay
frustrating time at west stow started with over twenty landing in the trees but would not come down a few did come down but not until the sun went in
When you wish upon a star
Makes no difference who you are
Anything your heart desires
Will come to you
If your heart is in your dream
No request is too extreme
When you wish upon a star
As dreamers do
Fate is kind
She brings to those to love
The sweet fulfillment of
Their secret longing
Like a bolt out of the blue
Fate steps in and sees you through
When you wish upon a star
Your dreams come true
We are the world...Sarawakians practice a variety of religions, including Islam, Christianity, Chinese folk religion (a fusion of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and ancestor worship) and animism. Christianity is the largest religion in culturally and religiously diverse Sarawak. Religion plays a significant role in nurturing the culture of decency and modesty among Sarawakians. It also reflects and strengthens the identity among various ethnics. For example, Islam reflects the identity of Malay, Chinese religions, Buddha reflects the identity of Chinese, Hinduism reflects the identity of the Indians and Christianity reflects the identity of most Dayaks, while some still practising animism.
And the best thing about Sarawak people is that we are all living as one harmonious family. Generally, we are all friends, stuck in a big island called, earth, thanks to flickr !...
Happy weekend to my friends and visitors all over. PEACE
