I made a visit to the Alber Orchard Cider Mill near Manchester on Sunday, October 24. On my
return home in late afternoon, there were some awesome skies gracing our beautiful rural
farmlands. This view is along Steinbach Road.
The abandoned Tram Sheds in Glebe, Sydney.
This is an awesome location for interesting photography. It's highly recommended.
So for the uninitiated. On 30th of April there's Queens day in The Netherlands. This is always celebrated with massive parties and free-markets. A lot of free-markets. This year I went to my hometown, Amsterdam and Hoofddorp to go bargain hunting. These are my finds. Some real gems in there like the Holga CFN 120 for just €7,50
Arithmetic Test of Awesome: test questions that involve Chuck Norris, David Hasslehoff, Sylvester Stalone, Napoleon Dynamite, Alf, Starbuck, Stringfellow Hawk, MacGyver, Street Hawk, Smurfs, Ferris Bueller, etc. i.e. if Chuck Norris was traveling at 56 mph from Seattle and left at 5:07 pm and The Hoff left from Chicago going 63 mph at 6:09 when and where would they collide and cause the biggest explosion ever? (bonus: how many megatons would the explosion be?) Also included will be the ridiculous age-old question that scientists are still asking: What killed off the dinosaurs? A) a comet B) volcanoes or C) Chuck Norris. (Hint: it’s not A or B).
A short climb brought me to the base of the first set of falls. It was a warm day, but you can still see a bit of snow and ice on the right-hand side.
I found this while I was looking for a vintage door to turn into a quilt rack. I lurve it. But it does have a flaw, which I will be remedying ASAP.
I'm using the Dark Glass Rainmeter skin and some other one?
Stardock is on the bottom (If you saw that and instantly started cursing at me in your head because you thought I owned a Mac gtfo look at the top)
This absolutely 48" long northern pike with a 19" girth was caught by John Scheffler (big smile - blue sunglasses) on Wollaston Lake in Saskatchewan. John says it was a "trip of a lifetime" and with fish like this we heartily agree. Well done, John!
