Die Köf 323 481-2 wurde 1953 als Köf 6154 an die DB abgeliefert. In den Bw Neumünster und Lübeck war die Lok im Einsatz bevor sie am 11.12.1987 ausgemustert wurde. Anschließend wurde sie noch im Aw Bremen als Gerät im internen Verschub eingesetzt. 1989 wurde die Maschine an die Fa. Layritz in Penzberg verkauft. Eine Quelle gibt sie als zerlegt an, eine andere als "Verbleib unbekannt". Das Foto entstand am 30.10.1987 im Aw Bremen. Die Lok trägt noch einen Aufkleber "150 Jahre Deutsche Eisenbahn".
