Animals, they make for lovely pictures, on the rare occasion that they're not moving every other which way. So here, have this lovely, messy, very much blurry and sloppy picture of a Angus cow :)

Vaccinium is occasional to fairly common in the mesic to wet forests and shrublands of the Palikea area. The majority – perhaps more than 80% or 90% – of these Vaccinium plants look to me like V. calycinum var. calycinum x V. dentatum var. lanceolatum (O`ahu type) hybrids, with the remainder looking like pure V. calycinum var. calycinum or pure V. dentatum var. lanceolatum (O`ahu type).

Another average sunday evening. This morning Sarah and I went with Su and the kids to Glen Allen Church of Christ to say hi. Oh and this is Cassie, we met formally for the first time this evening. I think you've met the Mikes, Su and Taylor.

average speed 81, in just 23 seconds. I guess those sprint intervals I have been doing are paying off!
10 hours in the pool is hard for anyone so the kids usually took an afternoon break and slept for 1-2 hours to recharge. I think they fell sleep in about 5 mins!
The round timber seat with a green laminate top doesn't appear to belong to the stool as it's smaller than the metal legs. Usual to see a stool such as this that has thick square tubular steel legs. Looks like the owner has been resourceful and recycled materials for this seat.

١- استخدام الموفینج ٤٠ یوم و ٥٠ یوم لتحدید نقاط دعم مقاومة للسھم
٢- ملاحظة عملیة اختراق الموفینج ٥٠ للموفینج ٢٠٠ والتي تدل علي البولش والبیرش
٣- التعرف من الموفینج ٤٠ علي قیمة السھم الحقیقیة وھل ھو الآن عالي أم منخفض
This is a typical plant of mine... I have way too many! This one is a
medium yellow fruit, about 7 weeks old. Thank goodness they go into the garden soon...
