Dangerous but delish! Battered chicken fillet topped with bacon, pasta sauce and 200 kgs of melted cheddar cheese, served with chips and salad. Seems harder to find these done the right way around Melbourne. This was enjoyed in Kyneton, a small town about an hour northwest of Melbourne.
Aussie species orchid. Belongs to my friend Elena a few houses down from us.
Elena and I carried it to her car and very carefully put it in.
Elena is putting it in an orchid show and I hope she gets something for it.
There are about 12 stems with about 40 to 50 flowers on each stem ... do the math, that's a lot of flowers AND they are perfumed too.
This is a fun design. It reminds me of a Dutch spiral in looks (I've yet to do one) with bugles instead of the loops of seeds. The tutorial was generously provided by Marilyn Peters.

The Mazda MX-5 Club of WA held its first (January) monthly cruise for 2016. Bob Sharpe, cruise leader and organiser took us from Midland up through the hills and back ending at Roco McGlashan's workshop where he is constructing his 1000mph jet driven land speed record maker.
