Royal Australian Air Force KC-30A MRTT A39-007, operating as 'Aussie Three Six One', and Boeing 737-8 MAX BBJ A62-001, operating as 'Envoy One', at Adelaide Airport, South Australia. The BBJ was used for a domestic movement of a Ministerial delegation, who then transferred to the KC-30A for a flight overseas.
Seen in a yard in Port Adelaide, SA in April 1991, this Hastings-Deering cabbed AEC Mandator had a tag axle fitted.
It has been raining for a few days and forecast for more rain most of the coming week. What better time for an Aussie Mudbowl rematch!!! Besides, gotta burn that energy off rain or shine!!!

I was treating myself to a new bicycle last Sunday and because my last bike purchase was 21 years ago, I found that old faithful was a bit behind the times.
As I looked around the shops, I was surprised at the shape and size of the saddles and wondered how they didn't cause permament and irreversible physical damage, when I suddenly saw the answer on the counter in front of me.

We Aussies certainly have some slang which baffles others around the world so here's a test for those of you interested in trying to understand our lingo (Aussie word for language).
British people will probably understand the most as I'm sure much of our slang is based on theirs.
