For this picture I relied on the lighting of the street light as well as the florecent lighting function on my camera. I really liked how the street light above the pickup truck creates a glare on the top of the truck and other cars as well as on the car across the street. The Florecent setting on my camera really emphasized the lights in this picture and created a bright and yellowish look to the picture. I believe the mix of lighting and also the settings I used on my camera captures the beautiful tree that is in near my house.

I used my camera's macro setting to take close up pictures of a post card. This setting allowed me to get close without cousing blurriness. Also, the flash setting was unusable because it would have washed out the details.

I really like how the light hit the piano.--The eye is almost drawn back to it.

This shot was taken multiple times with different settings of white balance because it was taken in the middle of the day. Despite the color being washed out you are still able to see detail such as the pattern of his tattoos and still see the entire photograph.

Go Sox. I had to take several shots to reduce the reflection of the flash off of the shiny cardboard.

Assignment 2 was shooting something white.
