The first-ever 1,000 Scientist AI Jam on Feb. 28 exceeded expectations by bringing together 1,500 scientists across DOE’s national laboratories to push the boundaries of AI-driven discovery and maintain U.S. leadership in AI.
The AI Jam convened the nation’s leading scientists to explore advanced AI reasoning models, applying them to complex, real-world scientific challenges.
Participants explored how AI could enhance aspects of research including hypothesis generation, experiment automation and computational modeling.
Der AI Act ist das erste umfassende Gesetz der Europäischen Union zur Regulierung Künstlicher Intelligenz. Es soll sicherstellen, dass KI verantwortungsvoll eingesetzt wird – zum Wohl der Gesellschaft und ohne Menschenrechte, Sicherheit oder demokratische Werte zu gefährden.
An dieser Station in der Ausstellung *Understanding AI* lässt sich der EU AI Act interaktiv erleben: Ein 2024 vom deutschen Medienprojekt unidigital.news entwickelte Chatbot basiert direkt auf dem offiziellen Gesetzestext und kann Fragen rund um das neue KI-Gesetz in verständlicher Sprache beantworten.

The stomach planet Inspired by 80's Cuban Sci-Fi stories. I remember a book where astronauts land in a planet that has some sort of root or primitive plant all over its entire surface. There were some lakes around, all with bright different water color. While exploring the surface the astronauts realize everything human that comes in contact with the surface of the planets erodes rapidly. The ship, the trucks, the boots, and soon after the ship starts to been suck into the colorful lakes. They discover after the entire planet is alive and all shaped to eat, digest everything that lands on it.
Prompt; " Alien planet covered in some sort of vines with sporadic fern like leaves sprouting from the vines. There are 5 roundish lakes on that planet, they have different color liquid. A modern white spaceship landed near a lake. "
