Touching article about he paints legals and chills with graff cops.

This article is from the Inter Ocean, a newspaper out of Chicago. The issue was Wednesday, February 25, 1874; pg. 5; Issue 290; col D. I got the image from the Gale 19th Century U.S. Newspapers archive, accessible via the University of Chicago Library system.

This article, while it appeared in a Chicago newspaper, is about a labor riot in Ohio. I found it striking that Chicagoans would care about labor problems in Ohio. This seems to speak to a concern for a national movement, or thoughts of labor on a national level. It also, seems like a sort of example to the people of Chicago, leaning a little against labor. It talks of a possibly innocent butcher boy who was killed and the fear of more riots, things Chicago should be aware of if it lets things get out of hand.

This article came out of the Evansville, Indiana newspaper featuring Jewel

and Lamar Rowland of MVPA. They were on the Transcontinental Convoy that

traveled with 100 other vehicles from Washington, DC to San Francisco. They

had just arrived in Evansville the day of the convention.

Other pictures of the convention are on a slide show on our MKMVPA web site,

www.mkmvpa.org

We had a great time there, with tours of the LST ship, WWII museum, an old

Shaker town and the Reitz mansion. It seems that everyone there is coming

to our Topeka convention in 2010.

2011 it is in Dayton, Ohio and 2012 in Huntsville, Alabama.

High Commissioner Ruchira Kamboj's interview to the Mercury newspaper of 23 August 2018 on India's Africa Policy

This article came out on Nov 25 in FE. The web link to the article is www.financialexpress.com/fe_archive_full_story.php?conten... .

The article is on retailing in rural India. Not very happy with the way the article shaped up ( especially the headline my boss gave!) But if I did have to put some positive spin on this, it's that I learnt about something I was completely unfamiliar with.
