Completed in 1933, the Art Deco Kyle Building (aka Kyle Block) was built close to the location of the former Kyle Opera House, which was built in 1901, and torn down in 1931 to allow for the extension of Willow Street.

Originally retail space, it was built by oilman and merchant Wesley W. Kyle Jr. and his brother Brudge E. Kyle. It has undergone two renovations since then, and now mainly houses lawyers offices

The Cincinnati Union Terminal is a wonderful example of Art Deco architecture. Many a soldier departed from here for World War II. Now it is our Museum Center and has one train depart daily.

I think this is a former Burton store! You can spot them a mile off! The blue painted? section is rather attractive. The building was in a narrow street, I need to return at some point for another 'go' at the frontage with my DSLR :-)

Designed by Stanley A. Heaps (1880–1962), this was a modernist station that used to look like this - www.ltmcollection.org/images/webmax/30/9873730.jpg (London Transport Museum).

Sometime after its construction, a block of flats was added, the look is vaguely 1960s, but either way it is quite dated.

A famous fountain in Los Angeles, near Griffith Park. This fountain is quite often used for wedding party and Quincenera photo shoots during the day on most Saturdays and Sundays. I like the fountain best at night. It is often lit up and sometimes the colors are ever changing. I used to drive by late at night (or more like very early in the morning) on the way home from work and always wanted to stop and photograph it. I either never had my camera with me or was dead tired and sleepy...
