The Red Arrows were performing at a display in Hull this morning to celebrate the start of the Clipper round the world yacht race. We are just across the river from Hull and they flew over our house!

Some more scenic shots to start 2013. I am lucky enough to live very close to Arrow Valley Park in Redditch, but until now had neglected it's familiar scenery on my photostream (ok these shots are from November 2012, but I thought they'd be a nicer way to kick off the new year!).
