Don't fail his city. Catch the new Green Arrow short coming out August 20th at 3pm pacific!

i like how both of them are staring in the same direction as pointed out by the arrow

Wes recognized me while I was taking photos and had to yell to get my attention. Oops? But I understand why he was trying to get my attention - this was a really great "Arrow" cosplay.

Tech stuff: used a "Lens Blur" on the background (masked out Arrow); darkened up the pic a bit with Exposure adjustments; and used Topaz Adjust's "Charcoal Sketch" filter (scaled down to 30%) to give the image some darkness and grittiness to match the look/feel of the show. Comments?

UPDATE: Wes was featured in Uproxx's A Compendium of Cool Comics Cosplay: September 6th (2013). :-D

The Arrow crab ( family Magidae ) from the Caribbean, A strange critter reminding me of a daddy long leg spider, six inches across and not shy to argue with his tank mates…I'll have to keep an eye on this guy…fun to watch though.

I was very surprised (and delighted) to see at least three of the Royal Air Force’s Aerobatic Team, the Red Arrows, on this visit to Valley. They are based in Lincolnshire, and come here for re-calibration at the Hawk maintenance facility, but I have no idea why they were here this time. It was impossible to see their registrations either on the day or looking carefully at the photographs.

MAN Explorers in the early 42XX series provide all of the local services on the Cape Peninsula, working from Simon's Town depot as an outstation of Philippi. Simon's Town itself is served by numerous Golden Arrow buses at peak times, transporting navy employees to the town's dockyard. At off-peak times however the railway is a better option for travellers with the journey pictured being the only one to serve the town between 09:00 and 13:40 in the week.

To mark the 50th season, the Red Arrows’ BAE Systems Hawk T1 jets are carrying a new Union flag tailfin design, in a celebration of the best of British.

SR Light Pacific 4-6-2 No 34067 Tangmere takes on water at Headcorn with the Golden Arrow Statesman. The tour was on the 1st June 2013...

Everything was going very smoothly with the tour; we had nice weather and arrived into Canterbury West early. But then the problems started to happen. A third rail cable had snapped near Dover that meant that most of the south eastern region was without power. Although we didn’t need the third rail there were stranded EMU’S all over the place and they all needed to be cleared. Network rail wanted us to just be dragged out of Canterbury with the 57 on the back and not go to Dover but statesmen argued and we went the route that was planned. After all this we were about 1 hour late getting into London. At Hanwell Loop we detached Tangmere and added the two class 57’s to the front of the train. However, one of the 57’s had totally failed. The brakes had locked up and the GPS system in both loco’s had failed. The signal man couldn’t get us out of the siding because they didn’t know where we were. Then a 47 arrived to move the dead 57 and use its GPS system to get us out of the loop. We were just sat there for over 2 hours. When we eventually got moving, Network Rail had told us we needed to terminate at London Paddington due to them starting heavy overnight engineering on the MML. This lead to over 400+ passengers being stuck in London with no service trains running out of London until 9o’clock in the morning. It was about 1 in the morning and we were still sat in London Paddington waiting for statesman to sort out alternative ways of getting back to the midlands. It was going to be buses but we then found out that they had put on over 70 private taxis to drive us back to our stations. We were then asked to leave the train and taken to the taxi rank, to then be told we were in the wrong place, we were then taken to the information desk in Paddington and then led out into the street to just stand there for another two hours to fight for a taxi. We got our taxi at about 2:30 and arrived back into East Midlands Parkway at about 4:30 in the morning. It was quite a long day!!

In regards, Statesman did their best in trying to get us all home to our boarding stations and did manage to get us all home despite Network Rail terminating the tour in London.

After Fiat has released the first official rendering of the Tipo SW, Apollo has decided to do the same and present the Arrow. In sketch form.

We have already revealed that Apollo will have two new cars at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show: the ApolloN, nothing more than a renamed and probably revamped...
