This was what I saw from my viewpoint on the rock, the Atlantic waves crashing in, on the most Southern point of Fuerteventura.
I just sat there and took image after image and then stared some more taking it all in, no other sounds but the sea, the clean air filling the nostrils, the salty taste on the lips...
An unforgettable moment so full of awe for our beautiful world and the power of water…

administration. he could hardly use regular windows.
the comments I have added to some of my photos can be read together as a kind of mangled, yet surprisingly brief essay on hansen. repetitious and opinionated, it reflects the writer above his subject, but until someone does some serious research on hansen, a complete lack of competition makes me immune to criticism. enjoy :)

El juego sinuoso de líneas se compenetran con el anciano en bici. Ambos son testigos del estado claramente deteriorado del escenario que contrasta con el cartel "La belleza".

The sinuous lines play with the old man. Both are witnesses of the clearly deteriorated state of the stage that contrasts with the poster "La belleza / The beauty".

Back when my kids were in elementary school, they would get excited by the pencil toppers their teachers gave out as prizes. Pencil toppers are kind of interesting as they serve no useful purpose, other than being cute. It occured to me lately that there are the equivalent of pencil toppers in architecture; little things sitting on top of buildings that serve no useful purpose other than being interesting to look at.

a metafisica moment with hansen right there. the buildings were not necessarily intended to be unmaned, that is a later development.
