Sears crew builds a fence at 50 for 5.
On the 5th anniversary of hurricane Katrina we visited New Orleans to help rebuild 50 homes in 5 days. Sponsored by Sears and covered by HGTV and the DIY Network.
From the "Greek Theatre," Completed using parts from the Bank of Toronto building that stood from 1912-1966 at Bay and King, replaced by the modern TD Centre and completed in 1982. The Greek Theater uses columns, arches, and other architectural details from the old bank.

This is a small enclosed yard located next to the restored arch in Pedley Street. It must contain architectural salvage from the area and it has been carefully arranged. Seems a bit of shame that you cannot 'access' the items so people can see them more clearly. I actually took this shot by holding my camera through the slats in the security fence.
Antique door knob and back plate complete lock set I salvaged from an old Chicago house slated for demolition, with my creepy gloved hand to show size
