Made by Startrails App from 189 images captured at 17s intervals 14mm F2.8 15s ISO640. Same images were used to create the time-lapse. Nine of that set (from the middle) were used to create the "Still" of the Milky Way.

Interestingly this is the easiest of the 'types' to make. Whether you use Startrails or a different app (e.g. Photoshop) one basically would use a LIGHTEN blend mode that "simply" uses the lightest bits of each image. Since the first image in the sequence is the lightest and cleanest exposure for the land (as it's progressively getting darker) that basically 'comes through' without needing to do any manual masking.

The "trick" is to make one's star-trails FIRST because one does NOT need to exposure ramp the images for star trails (since the light emitted by the stars does NOT change during the sequence). 15s / ISO640 / F2.8 is probably my 'default' exposure for stars ... at least in/around Melbourne.

(60/365) This shop bought bouquet is almost 2 weeks old but the Chrysanths are just about hanging on still. Tweaked a little for Sliders Sunday HSS! Also HBW!

March 4, 2023: Oak Tree at sunrise at Conejo Creek North Park in Thousand Oaks, California. To create this image, I used the Bluristic app on an iPhone.

Apps used: Superimpose, Snapseed, Formulas, Mextures Backstory: This image began as a color/transparency study in my “Light from Darkness” study but quickly morphed into a Christmas motif. Richest Christmas blessings to all as we celebrate the birth of the Christ child and mark the advent of His return.

Photo taken in Niagara Falls in June, and recently edited to look like this (using the app Tiny Planet)

Today was the conclusion of a busy couple of days for the Go Ahead Commercial team with both Wimbledon and Hampton Court Flower Show shuttles in operation. EN12 was one example on the latter shuttle seen here spinning around in Apps Court Farm having just completed its run from Hampton Court. Right on cue, a big cloud covered the sun just as it started to turn around but the driver kindly waited until it budged before carrying on to park up (many others were equally as helpful slowing/waving which was nice).

To say that I can get addicted to a program is an understatement! I have to bargain myself away from it. These images were done with WOMBO Dream, an AI art app. I have been playing with the free version on my phone, and OH! The things that can happen!

I Dye the fabric with peppermint tea, so the color is not regular, but I like the effect. Also, it smells so refreshing! <3

Three of each color. I love this pattern and how turned out, so I will make more for my store after the Blythecon in Berlin :)

P.S. la carte de Yahoo s'embrouille encore une fois ; cette photo ne fut pas faite dans Parc-Extension mais dans le quartier Villeray, sur De Chateaubriand.

......what nicer way to finish our puffin hunt than on the way home to call in our Daughter who lives near York. Lovely to walk in and smell freshly baked scones 😊

This is a test to see if my Flickr App is now playing ball, I have as well as many other users been having problems with notifications on my iPad, there seems to have been an update and now I am able to turn notifications on, it also asked me yesterday if I would like push notifications, but it still seems like I am not getting any.

This is St. Moritz church, right in the centre of Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany. It is one of the eldest churches in Augsburg and was renovated 2010 to 2013. The interior design was developed by British John Pawson architects.
