Rien n arrête les membres de la marche nordique du mercredi. Le 30 janvier de 10h à midi nous avons marché sous un soleil radieux et sur manteau de neige fraîche.

Un dimanche ordinaire sur la terre...Entrainement avec Eric: séance de côtes, travail autour de la régularité des allures, travail cardiovasculaire, séance répétée 4 à 5 fois.Braves gens, écoutez cette petite chanson! A l'école de l' Azur Olympique Charenton Il est de bon ton, Chaque dimanche, par tous les temps de courir à l'unisson...Le bonnet ou la capuche sur la tête, Pour affronter les intempéries et les conditions...Je puis en parler car j'y étais, donc je vous remets ma composition...Sous l'oeil avisé de notre entraineur passionné et rigoureux dans sa préparation..Et avec qui on ne peut rêver de paresser à sa guise, pardon..Ni prendre une récréation! A la bonne heure! Car à l 'Azur on ne vient pas pour faire de la figuration...Et cela nous convient bien, monsieur l'entraîneur, même en cette saison...Soyons au rendez-vous, chaque dimanche et sortons de nos couettes, de nos casseroles et autres cuissons...Et courons toujours et toujours plus avec conviction Si vous avez le moindre doute, contemplez ces clichés, qui je l'espère, vous convaincront de rejoindre notre groupe pour un double bonheur: celui de se fixer des objectifs communs et de partager notre joie de courir dans un bon club avec passion. This week, AOC is a host site for the Bay Area Health Coalition’s Summer Scrubs Program. The program is open to Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors from local high schools that are interested in careers in the healthcare industry. Each day this week, a new group of 20 students will rotate through our Outpatient Surgery Center, X-ray department, Physical Therapy department and our clinic area to learn about our clinic flow and the types of injuries we treat at AOC. This is a great opportunity for students to be exposed to a wide range of health care careers and unique opportunity for AOC to give back to our community.
