I checked this book out at the library---it's a cookbook and more---simply beautiful!!! She has a new book out to---getting ready for release here in the USA though out for a bit in other parts of the world..."Falling Cloudberries" which is fantastic and I love it even more than Apples for Jam--- I have that book on order at Village Books.
