I'm finding the Google Analytics Map section to be a lot like DXing. My uncle was very big into ham radio, and he would exchange postcards with the people he contacted. I remember, as a kid, a wall map with these postcards push pinned to it from all the places around the world he had reached. There's a part of Google Analytics Maps that shows the world with dots of the places your viewers are coming from. It's like a 21st century version of my uncle's cork board wall map.

Global temperatures have increased at an unprecedented pace in the past 40 years and significant further warming could occur. All countries will feel the direct negative effects of unmitigated climate change, but this paper finds that the economic costs of temperature increases will likely fall disproportionately on countries with hot climates, such as most low-income countries. Sound domestic policies and institutions can help reduce the adverse consequences of weather shocks, but only to a limited degree. The international community must play a key role in supporting low income countries’ efforts to adapt to climate change. Only continued international cooperation and a concerted effort to stem greenhouse gas emissions can limit the long-term risks of climate change.
