I wanted to try to get a very even lighting across my face. I think this works.
These two portraits are JPG straight out of camera.
The Federal Reserve Unit had their LED signboard flash, "AMARAN, SURAI SERTA-MERTA ATAU KAMU AKAN DISURAIKAN DENGAN KERASAN" (Warning: dismiss at once or you will be dismissed with violence / force). Tempted to stay, but dehydrated and tired as heck, and we still had a way to walk back to the car.

Aszalt gyümölcsöket annyi vízbe áztattam, hogy mind beszívja egy éjszakán keresztül, aztán az egészet leturmixoltam (kb 25dkg massza lett) Egy kis maréknyi diót és mandulát ledaráltam, összekevertem puffasztott amaránttal és puffasztott kölessel(max 5dkg volt mindkettőből), 1 nagy evőkanál szezámmaggal és apró kockákra vágott aszalt sárgabarackkal. Összevegyítettem a masszával és belenyomkodtam sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe. Raktam rá súlyt és hagytam egy éjszakára.

CIRI-CIRI
Paruh yang kecil merupakan identiti bagi spesies ini, warna kelabu menutupi bahagian belakangnya, kepala dan tengkuk spesies ini pula berwarna coklat kemerahan, sayap dan ekor kecil, bulu belakang nampak hitam, ciri keistimewaan disekitar mata ada topeng, bahagian bawah badan berwarna krim. Jarang berkicau dan susah dijumpai dikawasan terbuka.
SAIZ
Panjang keseluruhan individu dewasa adalah antara 19.0 sm-20.0 sm.
MAKANAN
Bersifat pemangsa, memakan serangga besar, reptilian, burung dan mamalia kecil. Makanan biasanya disimpan dengan dicucuk pada tempat yang tajam sebelum di- makan semula kemudian.
HABITAT
Kawasan terbuka, kawasan perladangan, kawasan tanah pamah, hutan sekunder hingga ketinggian 2,000 meter dan pinggir hutan.
BUNYI
Mengeluarkan bunyi amaran bernada tinggi iaitu chak-ak-ak-ak-ak apabila merasa- kan terdapat bahaya di sekeliling.
PEMBIAKAN
Pembiakan adalah diantara bulan Mei hingga Ogos setiap tahun.

Amaran and Sutherland round the corner towards the massive downhill slope on the last stage of the Nature Valley Grand Prix in Stillwater, MN. Amaran went on to take 13th place in the stage, Sutherland took 2nd place.

Penyelidikan terbaru menunjukkan Telefon Bimbit meninggikan risiko Kanser Otak
Penyelidikan terbaru menunjukkan bukti yang semakin kukuh yang mengatakan pengunaan telefon bimbit melebihi 10 tahun boleh menyebabkan barah otak.
Penyelidikan itu juga berpendapat yang telefon bimbit mungkin boleh membunuh manusia lebih dari rokok.
Menurut saintis yang menerbitkan hasil penyelidikan itu dalam laman webnya, risiko untuk mendapat barah otak adalah 2-4 kali ganda dan terjadi pada otak pada belah kepala yang lebih kerap kegunaan telefonnya.
Terdapat bukti kuat yang kanser otak seperti acaustic neuroma dan astrocystoma berkaitan dengan penggunaan telefon yang berlebihan terutamanya pada bahagian dimana telefon lebih kerap digunakan.
Dia memberikan peringatan kepada orang ramai untuk mengelak dari mengunakan telefon bimbit dan menyeru industri telefon bimbit agar merekacipta telefon yang lebih selamat digunakan.
Baru-baru ini, Agensi persekitaran eropah (The European Environment Agency) menyarankan yang pengunaan telefon bimbit di kurangkan di negara Perancis dan German terutama dikalangan kanak-kanak.
Berita yang mengejutkan ini menjadi nyata apabila Professor Khuranam ( Pakar Bedah Otak) mengkaji lebih dari 100 penyelidikan tentang kesan yang terjadi akibat telefon bimbit dan memberi amaran yang ia akan terbukti 10 tahun akan datang.
Menegaskan yang kanser otak ini lebih kerap dijumpai dalam keadaan yang sudah teruk, dia berkata yang kita berhadapan dengan situasi yang membimbangkan, kecuali kerajaan mengambil langkah serta merta, kadar kejadian kanser otak dan kematian yang disebabkannya akan menjadi tinggi 10 tahun dari sekarang.
The MOA (Mobile Operators Association), walau bagaimanapun menolak penyelidikan Professor Khurana dengan mengatakan yang ia lebih kepada penyelidikan perseorangan dan ia tidak diimbangi oleh analisa saintifik dan bercanggah dengan kesimpulan yang didapati oleh lebih dari 30 analisa pakar santifik bebas yang lain.

Shot using a Canon FTb equipped with an Aputure Amaran 60 LED ring flash on Fuji Velvia 50 with a Manfrotto tripod.
Cascade Classic introduced a new course to the peloton today with the Crooked River Time Trial. The flat, winding road cuts through a lush river valley in the central Oregon desert as it slowly rises towards Prineville Reservoir.
8 miles out and 8 miles back, the aero track allowed strongmen back into the GC equation via large time gaps. Jamis/Sutterhome racer Luis Amaran took full advantage of the day with a convincing victory, moving into the Yellow Jersey with a 31:19 ride.
Nate English and Michael Creed also broke 32 minutes to earn the podium and make major moves in the standings before a return to the mountains tomorrow.
Light source was an Aputure Amaran Halo AHL-N60 set to half power.
Lens was a El-Nikkor 50mm 1:4 enlarger lens on a full set of extensions.
Father Christmas - well, Mummy Christmas, in the shape of my wife, gave me a Aputure Amaran Halo LED Ringlight - Nikon Fit, this year. As you might imagine I have been having a play with it to see how it performs and what sort of settings might be needed. Here is a selection of images all created using just the Ringlight and a modicum of ambient light. I tried it with a variety of lenses - Sigma 105mm Macro, Tamron 24-70, Lensbaby Velvet 56, and my Nikon 300 f4 with a 1.4x extender. Not putting any of these forward to win any prizes but just to illustrate what a relatively inexpensive ring light has to offer.
