I was experimenting HDR photography.
Due to Ubuntu user, I was using Qtpfsgui v.1.7.1, an HDR software editing for linux.
This picture was using Fast Bilateral Filtering.
Spatial Kernel Sigma = 60
Range Kernel Sigma = 10
Base Contrast = 4

Experiment with mapping additive color to a Hilbert curve instead of writing RGB channels directly.
This is another atempt of creating my own dynamic range increasing algorithm using Python and PIL.
This time I tried to generate some kind of a map out of the 3 input images to mark which region and how much of this I want to have in my final image.
My script needs 3 parameters a Limit for black, a limit for white and a region of middletones.
With these values it creates such a map. Then the map gets blurred and the 3 input images get merged together exactly the way the map specifies.
I think there is still a lot to do, but this is probably the best idea I had so far and I think the results aren't that bad!
The script will be realesed under GNU/GPL on the-engine.at
Algorithmic tiling pattern generated with an L-system in Processing, editied in Adobe Illustrator. Edits were little more than hding certain layers of shapes.

Algorithmically generated colors and coloring rules. Random pruning of top layer. No edits after output.
Two superimposed algorithmically / iteratively created patterns. The finest structure of each pattern is fixed: circles or triangles. The interaction of the elements in each pattern is bound by rules of proximity and overlap. The overall structure of each pattern is "random", but of course highly informed by own perception of balance and rhythm in the overall product.

Precision at top 30 candidates recommended by the algorithm when using different levels of fitness score thresholds, along with the number of candidates expected to pass a score threshold.
