Wilde Stockrosen wachsen hier wie Unkraut an den Straßenrändern in Galiläa

We have zillions of these "weeds" now everywhere here in my village

and in many different colors as well.

I'll add more when I find the photos of them. I do think the flowers are beautiful

and so much "summer" for me.

Hollyhock (Alcea rosea [syn. Althaea rosea]), a western Asian biennial or perennial to 3m tall. En tout cas il est parti, elle venait de s'occuper d'une "sylvaine".. Bien nourrie, on le voit aussi à son gros ventre

Common hollyhock (Alcea rosea) is an ornamental plant in the Malvaceae family.

House built in 1926 out in the country has been dramatically changed by the owners over their last 20 years here.

I'm informed this is hollyhock, although the colour is slightly odd
