Owner Alberto Delser outside the Manor House Delser, just outside Verona.
Built inside the old water tank for a monastery, it has now been turned into a guest house by Alberto Delser - a top man, who has designed much of the building and furnishings himself.

En 1970, el señor Marín ingresa a la fuerza laboral del Canal de Panamá como Obrero en la división de Dragado. Es contratado en 1972 como Pasacables y en 1974, recibe un ascenso como Marinero de Lanchas. Se hace merecedor a un ascenso como Operador de Lanchas a Motor en 1975 y en 1985, como Capitán de Motonaves. Nuevamente en 1988, es ascendido al puesto de Oficial de Remolcadores en Adiestramiento y en 1989, como Oficial de Remolcador. Es seleccionado para Práctico en Adiestramiento en 1993 y ascendido a Práctico en 1995. Luego del realineamiento organizacional del 2007, su puesto pasa a la división de Operaciones de Tránsito.
Recibe su reconocimiento por el administrador del Canal de Panamá, Alberto Alemán Zubieta y el vicepresidente Ejecutivo de Operaciones, Manuel Benítez.
Decided to sell my Alberto set. In the end I decided against purchasing the doll this was meant for and none of of my other boys suit it so...
I am the second owner of this set. The box is a little dented but the contents are perfect condition. I've tried it on my doll Edan once.

Alberto Marvelli (21 March 1918 - 5 October 1946) was an Italian member of the Catholic Action. Born at Ferrara, he was given a Christian formation by his mother, who kept their home open to the poor. Through his upbringing he became a firm defender of the poor in his later years.
In Rimini, Marvelli attended the Salesian Oratory and was involved with the Catholic Action group in his parish.
When he was only 18, Marvelli was elected president of Italian Catholic Action. Marvelli graduated in 1941 with a degree in engineering and shortly after began teaching in a high school. In this period he devoted himself to service of those in need, and prayer.
During World War II, Marvelli continued to serve to poor at great personal cost and risk. He is known to have given away even his bicycle and the shoes off his feet to those most in need. During the German occupation, he saved numerous people from deportation to the concentration camps. He even carried off to a safe place a tabernacle containing the Blessed Sacrament, under a broken house.
After the war Marvelli was chosen by the community of Rimini to take on many positions of responsibility as an engineer for the rebuilding of the town, including being chosen by the bishop the president of Catholic Graduates in the diocese of Rimini.
He was killed on 5 October 1946, when an army truck hit him while riding on a bicycle on his way to the electoral meeting. His remains rest in the Church of S. Agostino in Rimini in a decorated tomb.
He was beatified in Loreto on 5 September 2004 by Pope John Paul II.
