This is moving up for the Rite Aid next to Eckerd (which will become a Walgreens). The present Rite Aid has a lot of old merchandise, and doesn't get new things in (I assume 'cause they have no room!).

Pretty hula girls on the lawn at Waikiki’s Fort DeRussy. Vintage but undated red-bordered cardboard mount “Kodachrome Transparency” slide produced between 1950 and 1955.

Then comes a very symbolic moment: Neelab needs to officially hand in her 'Proof of Registration card' (the identity card provided by the government of Pakistan for Afghan refugees), thereby renouncing her rights as a refugee, and the aid she is entitled to with this status.
“My choice is made”, she smiles, as the lady behind the counter cuts her card with scissors.

The European Commission has announced €122.5 million for Ethiopia to address the immediate needs of people affected by the worsening humanitarian situation caused by one of the most extreme El Niño weather phenomenon on record. This brings the total amount of humanitarian funding for Ethiopia to over €190 million since December 2015.
