My doctor advised me to exercise and lose some weight ;p. Having no time to go to the gym and no extra money to spend for membership, my brother gave me his old school road bike to do the job. This old bike was had been exposed to flood, rain, sun, etc. and again, having not enough money to repair, Im doing it gradually to modify and restore. Hope that i could get this on the road immediately to lose some weight. Goodluck to me then ;p

KANDAHAR, Afghanistan (Aug. 4, 2015) Afghan National Army 205th Corps Commander Brig. Gen. Dawood Shah Wafadar and Train, Advise and Assist Command - South Commander U.S. Army Brig. Gen.
