It had some dark spots and was overly yellow, so I adjusted the shadows/highlights, up'd the contrast, added a glow, desaturated it completed, added sepia and cut out the color areas of the desat to bring back color to the areas that neeeded it.

Adjusting Focus points

Final adjustments to the tower. The tower is now at 70 feet. The cabling is connected and tidied, the antenna is flattened out, the switches are lowered slightly on the tower and various turnbuckles are tightened.

Topaz Adjust 4

the before is OCC, no standard mods with in PS-CS3 perse.

 

The after was done using strictly Topaz Adjust 4 and preset HDR pop.
