Jean-Yves makes some final adjustments to Marsha's wig. These shots were taken on an olympus om1 with ilford film pushed to 1600asa. Without access to a large scanner I have photographed the prints.
We are all looking for that ultimate pillow that we can toss and squeeze to the perfect shape and customizable comfort.
Well look no further, the ADJUSTABLE pillow, is one of the latest innovations, a pillow that fits to suit your individual needs.
This shows how I added room in the lining/facing to provide enough room for the front/lapel to lie flat. In drafting the lining pieces, I forgot I would need extra width to provide for turn of the cloth in the lapel area. As originally sewn, the lining/facing combination was exactly the same dimension as the jacket front/under lapel. When the latter was folded back, the jacket front rippled. I added about 1cm of extra room by this adjustment.
The adjusting grub screws on the secondary mirror were shot! New ones seem to have cured it, now the laser stays center of doughnut :-) Well until I touch the wobbly focuser, now to sort that! :D
This is not only adjustable but is also versatile!!! Can be worn with both colors of ribbon or a single piece of ribbon. Both ways are shown in the pictures to the right of this listing.
As for adjustability, it can be worn very long, or short or to any other length you prefer! Be creative with this piece!
Cross measures 4x3 inches and the entire necklace ties in the back.
Thanks for looking!
Because I will not need to store up to 120 3/4" 2'x4' sheets of lumber, I'll likely devote at least one cabinet to some shelving. The studs of the stall divider walls make ideal full-height locations upon which to mount adjustable shelving strips. I like this idea as I'll be able to reconfigure the shelving quickly, as well as quickly cutting out new shelves if I need more of them, or using a shelf I don't need in a project. How handy!
I think probably another stall will have some shelving, but also some vertical storage in the bottom for holding shorter cutoffs in the 2'-3' length range. I will likely have some drawer-like boxes to hold the many little cutoffs I can't bear to throw out, like the ones I used here.
