Mixed use building that is an extension of the Activespace concept. Local zoning required commercial spaces on first floor and offices on the second floor. Enclosed parking and third floor spaces are creative work spaces for start-up companies.

Active Space

TBA has designed ten of these projects for the client in Washington, Oregon and California, with five in the Seattle area. The buildings are “self storage for humans” providing space from 8’ x 8’ to three car garages for hobbyists and start-up companies.
