Tirana, October 7, 2014 The Coalition for Free and Fair Elections and Sustainable Democracy completed successfully the training of 550 observers on the framework of the project "Survey on Health Centers in Albania". Through these training sessions KZLN has prepared a group of active observers adapted with proper knowledge and able to monitor the primary health care system in Albania.
This is a view from about 0.5 km away from the active flow field, which was composed of multiple active flows. In the previous photos we were up near the top of the left -most flow, which is a least several hundred feet long.
