As I left church at 6:15 pm, I noticed the dark clouds to my West. I was a few blocks up the road from JB's location and I knew there was a clear shot up on the hill above him, so I captured these thunderstorm cells moving from the Trussville area East into St. Clair County. Appeared to be some rotation, though not significant. I then headed home and took the last 5 or six shots (from up on Simmon's Mt., Springville) that show rain coming down. Lot of lightning though I was not successful in capturing any photos of it.
