I modded my Activators Megatron so that I could remove the cannon from his vehicle mode and put it on his arm in robot mode. It's a little less than impressive. I also painted his face, since he has a dark grey face right outta the box, and that just doesn't match the character design at all. I also did a little detail work with some black paint in the nooks of his helmet. Pretty pleased with how that turned out. Gotta say, of all the various versions of Megatron, this has to be my favorite, at least design wise (Animated Megatron, I mean, not necessarily his Activators figure. Though I am pretty fond of it, kibble on his back and all.)
