Something different from me.

The theme for the FFM Fifth of the Month for September is Abstract.

I tried to find something to photograph and failed so resorted to an image taken earlier last week and did some photomagic.

It is/was a plum blossom!

LE GLAÏEUL DES MOISSONS :

Comme son nom peut le sous entendre, c’est un glaïeul sauvage que l’on trouve sur la bordure des champs. Il est reconnaissance avec ses grappes de fleurs bien roses atteignant facilement 50cm. On le trouve plutôt dans le midi.

Il est aussi appelé : Glaïeul d'Italie

C'est une fleur très sensible à la pollution et aux pesticides. Sa présence dans les champs montre que les terres n'ont pas été arrosées de pesticides depuis quelques années.

Nouveau variant d’égo juvénile déjà quelque peu surdimensionné… Pourvu qu’aucun de ces égos encore modestes ne développe une hypertrophie monstrueuse le prédisposant à gagner ses galons de Dictateur. For Macro Monday - Abstract.

With little time this week and knowing that some post production was allowed I grabbed a shot of the stamen of a Belladonna Lily and did some post production!

The width of the area photographed is 40 mm.
