LE GLAÏEUL DES MOISSONS :

Comme son nom peut le sous entendre, c’est un glaïeul sauvage que l’on trouve sur la bordure des champs. Il est reconnaissance avec ses grappes de fleurs bien roses atteignant facilement 50cm. On le trouve plutôt dans le midi.

Il est aussi appelé : Glaïeul d'Italie

C'est une fleur très sensible à la pollution et aux pesticides. Sa présence dans les champs montre que les terres n'ont pas été arrosées de pesticides depuis quelques années.

Un dictateur de plus parmi huit milliards de terriens, … Non,Non,Non… Pitié ! Stop ! Trop c’est trop !

For Macro Monday - Abstract.

With little time this week and knowing that some post production was allowed I grabbed a shot of the stamen of a Belladonna Lily and did some post production!

The width of the area photographed is 40 mm.

A storm blew snow hard against the trees just a short bit ago and I took this shot from our car window but I didn't do anything with it. Wasn't sure about posting it!

Since I haven't been out to get any new material, I thought I'd add a twist to this abstract shot and post it?
