This flamingo was escaped around 2008 and it was seen at Coyote Hills Regional Park. I believe it was 17 years old. He might lived in the zoo about 2 years and he did not like the same food there!! So he chose to live free in the wild for 15 years now. I dont have the resources to confirm that.

The Northern Pygmy-Owl may be tiny, but it's a ferocious hunter with a taste for songbirds. These owls are mostly dark brown and white, with long tails, smoothly rounded heads, and piercing yellow eyes. They hunt during the day by sitting quietly and surprising their prey.
