Colors manipulated, plus I replaced a Northern Shoveler duck with this Cormorant, which I was able to photograph a few minutes later - but in a less desirable location :)

The loaf, the slice, the cutting board. The bread baked to an internal temperature of 190F/88C to ensure soft, moist bread.

For Week 35, we got to repeat the challlenge of our choice from earlier this year. This would work for either Week 18 Minimalist or Week 28 Active Space.
CC Week 19: different perspectives
The challenge this week is to photograph our subjects from different or unusual perspectives.
It was interesting to see the way commercial growers manage their apple trees thesse days. While there are some old orchards with more traditionally shaped trees, most orchards now grow and train apple trees like this. Apples are the main crop in this area, though cherries and pears are also plentiful.
Eclaircie inattendue et fugace (la seule de la journée !) pour la CC 7102 et ses 4 voitures USI entre Dijon et Chambéry. Là , deux BB 8100 seront ajoutées et se rendront à Modane pour marquer l'adieu à cette série de machines (les dernières BB 8100 seront radiées environ un an plus tard, en décembre 2003). Villemotier.
