I finally took a break from my walk to try the zipline out that is in the elementary school playground. Wasn't quite as much fun as I had expected

Staff Sgt. Matt Besgrove, 3rd Battalion, 29th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, zip lines across the "Lost Canyon" near Salida. Soldiers from 3rd BCT teamed with Captian Ziplines for seven high-adventure rides across the canyon.

I took a half-day to zipline across the valleys. Actually it wasn't all that exciting and a little slow.
