Probably the smallest fishing boat I have ever seen. Goodness knows how someone could get into the wheel house
Getting up an hour and half before sunrise to travel to Zenith Beach at dawn.
A great start to the day, feeling the sand between your toes!
As I walked back to the car later in the morning, I walked along the waters edge, with the waves gently breaking over my feet. The temperature was quite pleasant... and left me wishing that I had brought my swimwear. (Next time!)

Finally made it to the Shiny Shabby event. Got myself a shiny shabby dress from zenith and could not resist dressing up and taking a shot on the spot.

It is a small commercial site offering high quality prints
Even before the sun rose we knew this was going to be special. The colour in the Shore break waves as they lifted before crashing onto the sand was already visible.
When the sun broke over the horizon and cast it's rays of light across the ocean.....hitting the waves from behind the sight was exhilarating.
Added to that an offshore wind pushed the spray back so the vibrant face of the wave was in full view.
A magic morning's sunrise display up the coast at Port Stephens NSW.
