These knobs are on an old clock radio circa 1960's that my mom got when graduating high school; and still works.
Nightly capture of beautiful Zenith residential buildings. Although I haven't seen many skyscrapers, these should be among of the most beautiful ones. I simply just love the curves and waves of each building. During the night, they look like huge spacecrafts
Would have spent more time with these beauties, but after 2 minutes, I was kicked out by security officer.
This self-portrait (contre-jour, reflector, F5.6) was done with the Helios 44M-7 (58mm F2). Now a bit of a vintage lens, this piece was made in the early 1990 in the Jupiter Optical Factory in Valdai (that is during the time of the collapse of the USSR), a few hundred miles from Moscow. The plant was one out of several belonging to the Zenith camera production of the USSR. The scope of this production had always been ambitious. Naming factories and lenses after gods of the Greek and Roman pantheon and after astronomic terms made that clear.

It had been a while since I had taken the camera out as I was waiting a long time (do not use Mack Cam) for my gear to be returned. It was a great sunrise although the clouds never gave me much.
I havent been able to get out and take photos for close to a month now, so re visiting my old images.
This was a favourite from my Nelson Bay trip earlier this year, taken on my 5d Mark ii which i had at the time.
I feel i have come a long way in terms of my compositions since this shot, but i quite like it.
