I visited a small Shinto shrine that is well known amongst the Japanese speakers of SL and picked up my 2021 arrow (Hamaya), literally the Demon Breaking Arrow. A small selection of SL Shinto shrines are holding their own hatsumōde event around the grid so if you visit donate a little to the shrine as is the RL tradition.

These guys are amongst the nicest people I've met in SL over many, many years and proves the old adage that looks can be deceiving is right - I've personally witnessed people take one look at them and run away before they even had a chance to say hello
