Allah the allmighty say in the holy Quran what means :
- Ah! Alas for (My) Servants! There comes not
a messenger to them but they mock him!
- Ah, the anguish for the bondmen! Never came
there unto them a messenger but they did mock him!
- Alas for the servants! there comes not to them
an messenger but they mock at him.

Leica iii, Elmar 3.5cm, Ilford Delta 3200, Microphen. This series is an experiment to see how Ilford's Delta 3200 works. Metered for 1250 and developed for 3200, it's pretty versatile. I had a problem with the developer heating up by almost 2 degrees in the 9 minutes these took to process, so some are pushed to nearly 6400 I think.
Added Note 11/10/2023: I found this at either a second-hand shop or estate sale a long time ago (it was uploaded in 2010). I found it while adding the collage I just made of my dad to a collage group and realized it would fit the guidelines for my Found Photos WITH Writing group. Adding now :)
Names and words written in the collage are below:
grand march
the waltz you saved for me
teachers

who snapped us?

everybody happy?
Larsons?
Farmers?
Marg

James
Charlie B.
Bob
I am not sure I still have the original of this one. I went through my found photos file back when I first created the above mentioned group and didn't see it then, so I doubt it. ☹

The "Year Zero" CD from Nine Inch Nails has a heat sensitive coating on the CD, meaning that you put a black CD into your player with the "Year Zero" logo on it in white writing and when the CD is finished playing you have a white CD with "nine inch nails" in black writing on it....
Basically, for this shot, I rubbed my finger across the nine inch nails writing on the CD until you could see it, then fired off a few shots... these are both the same shot, just processed differently in Adobe Lightroom.... Just changed the WB temp and tint to get the different effects...

The grave itself (see next photo) is a 27,000-pound boulder trucked from her home in Phoenix so that she could have a bit of Arizona at her final resting place. Bombeck was among the most successful humor writers and columnists of the 20th century. She began her writing career in 1964 with a column for local Dayton papers. Within a year, her column "At Wit's End" had already been syndicated in 36 papers. Her fame skyrocketed over the next decade. When in 1978 she published her bestseller "If Life Is a Bowl of Cherries, What Am I Doing in the Pits?", she received a $1 million advance, almost unheard of at the time (let alone for a woman author at that).

Best known for Arts and Crafts glass designs, Shrigley and Hunt painted some tiles in the late 19th century, here is their distinctive stencilled mark on the rear of a blank made by Godwin. Many of the designs may have been trials; if they actually sold 425 designs, they must have been in very small numbers. See my photostream and the Victorian tile group for more such tiles.
