Ingredientes:

- pão folha ou pão sírio [neste caso escolha os bens finos e abra-os ao meio]

- filé mignon, 6 bifes [a medida é um bife para cada wrap]

- uma bandeja de shimeji

- 300g de mussarella fatiada

- shoyu

- saquê

- manteiga

- azeite

- sal

Instruções:

Corte o filé em tiras, lave e separe o shimej, corte em tiras a mussarella.

Em uma panela do tipo wok aqueça uma colher de sobremesa de azeite e uma colher de sopa de manteiga [o azeite é importante para a manteiga não queimar], coloque a carne até que ela doure, junte o shimeji, coloque uma colher de sopa de shoyu e outra de saquê e já mexendo até o shimeji amolecer, junte a mussarella e vá mexendo até ficar um todo homogêneo. Quando o queijo derreter, desligue o fogo.

Pegue o pão folha ou o sírio aberto em dois [se for o sírio com o interior para cima] e coloque o recheio no meio dele, enrole como se fosse uma panqueca e vire a dobra para baixo para parar fechado.

Sirva ainda quente.

My heart is wrapped in clover, the moment I looked at you!

Beautiful 1920s pin with a c-clasp (that has been removed and filed down) featuring two clover leaves and a clover blossom. On a brass chain with lobster clasp.

From clover to clover it measures just over an inch/2.5cms.

The bracelet as a whole measures 7.5inches/19cms.

Tonight is the wrap party for Bolt, at the Kodak theatre in Hollywood. It's the same place they do the Oscars AND it's in the middle of a mall. The street won't be closed for us, so we can pick up some DVDs at Virgin on the way in, or maybe some jeans at the Gap.

Tonight, we'll get to see the finished product; the thing I've worked on for about 18 months; the thing we all missed summer for, working until 10 or 11 each night.

And it was the best working experience I've had in a very long time, maybe ever.

And then the film will open in theatres Nov 21 and it will do really well or it will have a mediocre box office. If it does well, we can breathe a tiny sigh of relief that perhaps we will still have jobs. That's show biz, and that's just the state of the economy.

Anyway you slice it, this is the celebration that culminates the end of a production. And like any ending, it's a happy-sad thing.

Tonight's dinner:

Flank steak marinated in ginger, garlic, rice wine vinegar, and ponzu. Grilled to somewhere between rare and medium rare (it was a slightly uneven slab). Wrapped in leaf lettuce with scallions, watercress, carrots, lime juice and a sprinkle of salt.

Oh yeah. It was tasty.

Now the wrap is on the car I tried some shots this evening (8:30-9:30pm) , weather a bit over cast so not the best light to use and white car always a problem. I had my remote flash trigger to hand so used it inside the car with a yellow film over the lens to get the 'light up' inside the car. Also tried it for a couple of stobist style shots lighting up the car.

any tips on shooting cars in low light/cloudy environment would be much appreciated. lol

We repaired electronics with WRAP, a UK organisation whose mission is to "accelerate the move to a sustainable resource-efficient economy" - we worked with the team focused on electronics and electricals.

I've been serious about sprouting this winter. While our cold frames

are just starting to produce baby spinach, kale, bok choy, arugula,

and mustard greens the sprouts in the kitchen are being gobbled up. I

make a simple wrap with mustard, horse radish, pepper, avocado and

alfalfa sprouts of course. Wendy won't eat it.
