Wrapping paper made for St Valentines day.
Hand carved heart stamp used on plain brown wrapping paper.
I used an ink pad, but the ink just won't dry. I guess it must be for guilding or embossing and needs a heat source to dry it out.
Yesterday kid #4 turned 7. I know this isn't really monochromatic but it was as good as it got yesterday with the birthday party and New Year's eve madness!
There is about 14 stars made from Christmas Wrapping Paper.
These were so much fun to make, that I started making stars with different paper!
of our newly rearranged living room. we also want to paint it. a light gray i'm thinking. the frame i found in the dumpster at my work, fully intact. including the glass. i was so happy. i now check for stuff each time i take the trash out. this was the best thing so far. in the frame is a large piece of my screenprinted wrapping paper from late 08.
There in its colorful IKEA wrapping paper lay the present for my grandfather. Outside it was about to rain and while my brother and sister laughed and talked I sat in the car, trying not to get too bored.
Still no name for her, Mum doesn't want to think of one until she has some solid time to play with her and make clothes. But I think I inspired her with this litle outfit I made while I was there. She got all excited when she got out of bed one morning went into the Dining room and saw her staring back at her all decked out in christmas finery.
