Wish you all a joyful weekend!

Gifts of Courage and Compassion come wrapped up in illness and disabilities. Gifts of Faith come wrapped up in fear and disappointment. Gifts of Comfort come wrapped up in grief. Gifts of Generosity come wrapped up in financial hardship. Gifts of Mercy, Grace and Forgiveness come wrapped up in failure and shortcomings. From:

To weave the basket, I wrapped the baseball yarn around each spoke of the cardboard insert.

My Christmas wrapping this year. I made the presents look like they were sent via mail.

This little one turned out nice! :D

Hi Tuesday friends! Christmas is in... *counts on fingers* five sleeps!!! Aren't you all excited and impatient and happy? Today I have been wrapping presents to help Father Christmas, but it was not easy because The Cat loves wrapping paper and scotch tape, and he ran to me as soon as he heard the scissors. As if wrapping presents wasn't difficult enough! I had trouble because it is hard to cut the right size of paper and to wrap the presents in a pretty way, and the scotch tape kept stucking itself to my fur, but you know, it is also fun! Oh, I can't wait for Christmas day! My mummy and I and The Cat are wishing happy holidays to all our bear friends and their mummies and daddies!

A 10 mile ride to bring December to 238 miles and the year’s total to 6445. I lost some prime mileage collecting weeks (in May and September especially) due to medical adventures. 1155 miles down from last year!

Another Memorial Day in the books. Beautiful weekend - bring on summer!

I'm watching old 1940s Sherlock Holmes movies and wrapping Christmas gifts to keep busy and to take a break from worrying about job issues. Some running and walking here and there, but just not in the mood to doll up at the moment. So, with that in mind, here's another one from one of my favourite personal wrappings.

One of my wrapping efforts from last year. I kept it simple as I didn't want to detract from the paper.

The paper is from Shepherds Bookbinders (London) which is a hidden gem. If your near Victoria station its well worth a short detour.
