Sharon, the elk, seemed to enjoy the taste of the fencing between her and the humans. Sharon was born at the zoo and enjoys being near people.

An arch-shaped building, entirely covered by a huge giftwrap of calligraphic type. The words indicate local places, names and fragments of Dutch poetry.

Flying foxes in Bellbird Park, Yarra Bend..
The grey-headed flying-fox colony is established at Yarra Bend Park, Kew and can be seen from the Bellbird Picnic area, off the Yarra Bend Boulevard.
Over summer the colony can swell to over 30,000 individuals including young, but during winter the population of flying-foxes falls to around 6,000 individuals.

Found on the main street through the small town of Naples, Maine standing in front of a shop, this is a wooden carving of a Maine fisherman wrapped in an iconic yellow slicker. Of course he is smoking a pipe in spite of the rain...

Puki: "Doo doo doo~♪ "
I just wanted to take a quick shot of Puki wearing our new Angellstudio headphones! :) I tried them on Smokey and it was a bit tight (not like she needs another pair of headphones...haha). Turns out they fit dals head a bit better. ^__^
Not sure who this would fit more but I have a feeling Lizbel is going to eye them soon. ^__^;
Charlotte was out for a walk with a friend in the park when I met her. She stood out from the crowd with her colourful scarf and hat, wrapped up against the cold on a clear winter sunlit afternoon.
I'm so grateful to meet lovely people, work with them on a portrait, and then part company happy and smiling, knowing we've created a beautiful image together.
I do like this wrap thing with faux fur balls all along the edge. Goes well with the dress and kept me surprisingly warm the other night.
Off out tomorrow possibly to two venues pending how I feel and the weather of course. No doubt it will be hammering it down.

Muffins are still SO SOOOO TRENDY!!! Muffin tulip wraps are a great way to make your muffins look like they've come straight out of a coffee shop.
I love playing with stuff in the studio, most stimulating AND it is RED? No kidding, LOL.
A client wanted some photos for the kitchen, where the 'accents' are RED! Gave me a few items to be creative with...

Peak fall colors at the world famous Laceleaf Japanese Maple Tree at the Portland Japanese Garden, Portland, Oregon. Anytime of year is a good time to visit the gardens, but the explosion of fall color which occurs every October is definitely something to see in person! ©2014 by Scott Smorra
