I've been to this picturesque place many times, as have probably 90% of all Bulgarian landscape photographers. This time I came here just to enjoy the place, and I brought the camera just in case. The evening light was nothing interesting, and I just sat by the dam, without taking my camera out of the bag. Then, gradually, the sunset, which began incredibly boring, turned into one of the most beautiful that I have ever ever ever seen, I am not sure that I was able to capture all the colors and the beauty of that evening, but I tried... The sky was purple, red and orange, the lake was reflecting all the colours and I could not just sit and look at all this beauty - I rushed to the top of the hill and was able to take this shot. Yes, this composition has been used to death here in Bulgaria, but this sunset still makes it work :)

I love Ranunculus, densely layered, and this bloom opened beautifully, not always evident, their stems are extremely delicate and do tend to just collapse before the bud can open into a gorgeous voluptuous bloom...

Great Horned Owlet the day after it left the nesting area. Already quite mobile when it wants to be. Here it is moving from one perch to a higher perch in another tree.
Belfast's Window on Wildlife (WoW) is a RSPB facility that includes this lagoon next to Belfast Lough. There is a proper hide for photography but it is locked up - a covid casualty - so I took a few pictures through the perspex windows that are to the side of it.
Great to see initiatives like this - an oasis of nature in a post industrial wasteland

This scene is fairly close to the light and colour of the day, though the colours are saturated to provide this rich and vibrant scene.
Wow - what a surprise to find several turtles with Mr. Heron; they were hidden in the algae & by the early evening light. I didn't see them until I downloaded the photo onto my computer. Cool! ...and definitely WOW!
I don't do a lot of flowers, but every once in a while it is a nice change from landscapes.

Label
As a non-native speaker I am unsure what a label is, and how this differs from the Tag and Brand themes we had recently.
So I picked something which is called a Label in German, meaning both the sticker in the middle of a record, and the sub-brand of a record company.
The record is Wendy O. Williams WOW from 1984, produced by Gene Simmons, and said to be the best KISS record ever. Quite oldschool Heavy Metal, not the punk you'd expect from Miss Williams.
About the size: Yes, these are nine square inches.

Als Nicht-Muttersprachler bin ich unsicher, was denn nun ein Label tatsächlich ist, und wie sich das Thema von den Tags und Brands unterscheidet, die kürzlich dran waren.
Ich hab mich dann für eine Sache entschieden, die auch im Deutschen Label genannt wird: Der Aufkleber in der Mitte einer Schallplatte, sowie die Abteilung einer Plattenfirma.
Diese Platte ist WOW von Wendy O. Williams von 1984, produziert von Gene Simmons. Angeblich ist dies die beste Platte von KISS. Kein Punk, wie man von der Dame erwaten würde, sondern auf der Grenze zwischen Hard Rock und klassischem Heavy Metal.
Die Größe des Ausschnitts sind ziemlich genau neun Quadratzoll
